While it’s not possible to completely avoid lines at some monuments in Sintra, especially during high season, the All-Inclusive Tour is carefully planned to minimize waiting times and ensure a stress-free experience.

Customizable Itinerary: Due to time constraints, not all attractions can be visited in one day. Our team will help you to prioritize the best options for you.

Mobility Considerations: Let us know if anyone in your group has mobility challenges so we can plan accordingly, as some sites have uneven terrain or stairs.

Family-Friendly (Ages 5+): We welcome children aged 5 years and older.

Weather Conditions: Tours run rain or shine. Our tuk tuks are equipped with blankets and covers for your comfort. Dress appropriately and wear comfortable footwear.

Lunch and Dietary Needs: Let us know any dietary restrictions beforehand.

Delays: Please notify us of any delays on the day of your tour to adjust the itinerary if possible.

To receive a 75% refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of the tour start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.

In the event that the assigned tour guide becomes ill or encounters an unforeseen emergency, we will assign another qualified guide to ensure your experience proceeds as planned.

We use Stripe, a secure and reliable payment platform, to process all deposits. Deposits are only accepted via credit or debit card through Stripe.

The remaining balance can be paid in cash or card on the day of the tour, providing you with flexibility and convenience.
